Cutting Tools

The high torque requirements of hydraulic powered cutting tools restricts the number of tools that can be used reliably with high pressure/low flow trailer and cart jetters. At Harben California, we’ve selected two tools for use by jetters supplied with ½" hose that we believe are of exceptional value.

The Nozzteq Lumberjack^® 50. This high speed, low torque, multi-purpose cutter requires little maintenance. It’s available as a kit with chains and skids to fit pipe diameters from 3" to 6".

Pipeline rehabilitation contractors preparing underground pipe for relining and repair will find this high performance tool to be indispensible, Please refer to the accompanying product sheet by selecting Lumberjack^®.

Chain Cutter 50. Available for purchase separately or as a kit with interchangeable lengths of chain, cable and centering skids, this tool offers an economical solution for less demanding jobs requiring mineral and rust descaling and removal of roots and hardened grease.

Use the heat treated, alloy steel blade to core through blocked pipe and the chain as a finishing tool to pare back roots and scour the pipe interior. It’s now available for use in 8" pipe for jetters with minimum flow rates of 16 gpm at 4,000 psi. Please refer to the accompanying product sheet by selecting Chain Cutter.

Accessories. Harben California offers a wide range of hardened chain in bulk or cut to specific lengths. We’ll hard face any chain to provide long lasting value when chain is used for scraping pipe interiors of chemical and mineral deposits.
