The Eliminator was introduced by Harben in 2007 to provide an affordable jetter with capabilities matched to solve tough drain and surface cleaning jobs. This machine has been engineered to provide long standing, reliable service with straightforward, uncomplicated operating and electronic control features.

Features

  • Pump pressure and flow capacity: 3,000 psi at 12 gpm.
  • 200-gallon U.V. protected polyethylene water tank. Protected by a 5-year warranty. Equipped with a rigid fill line pipe with side access hose fitting and tank air gap to prevent cross contamination
  • 250' of ½" high pressure thermoplastic sewer hose wrapped on an electric powered hose reel with hose feed guide
  • 35 h.p. gasoline engine provides an ample power reserve. Protected from vandalism with a lockable shroud.
  • 6.7 cu. ft. lockable, all weather storage box
  • Trailer construction: Reinforced, sectional steel tube frame, torsion axle, electric brakes and 2" ball hitch, standard.

Applications

  • The jetter’s moderated 3,000 psi pressure allows operators to work safely and efficiently when cleaning roots and mixed debris from 4” to 8” pipe.
  • Scour porous surface areas, polyethylene, concrete and metal coated or stained with light accumulations of paint, grease, scale, rust, tar and asphalt. Clean grease, vegetation, mud, tar, cement and asphalt on vehicles and machinery. Remove dirt, rubber and hydraulic fluids on airport runways. Clean paraffin and crude residue from tanks and exposed surfaces at refineries.
    • Introduce loose abrasive products into the jet stream with Harben’s available abrasive injector kit
    • Use Harben’s Mark 2 dump gun equipped with an orbital nozzle or any of Harben’s fan or solid stream precision nozzles
    • Recover debris and abrasives used in surface cleaning with Harben’s jet powered suction pump and duck bill nozzles
  • Free drains with minor to moderate accumulations of grease.
  • Scour residue from pipe used to transport petroleum products.

  • Pump. Triplex design rated 12 gpm @ 3,000 psi. Warranted for 1 year. Includes a self-resetting unloader valve over-pressure water returned to tank. The pump is belt-driven.
  • Controls. User friendly, 12-volt electronic start with keyed ignition; vernier style cable throttle control; lever operated water selector; 12-volt auxiliary electrical outlet
  • Water tank. 200-gallon capacity. Repairable, opaque UV protected polyethylene construction. Warranted for 3 years. Tank is fitted with an low water engine shut-down sensor to protect the pump from damage
  • Hose reel and hose. Electric powered, fixed position, powder coated reel. ½-in. x 500-ft. capacity reel furnished with 200-ft. of ½-in. high pressure bonded thermoplastic sewer hose and a ½-in. x 10-ft. lg. high pressure thermoplastic leader hose with high visibility safety orange cover. Reel is fitted with a level wind hose feed guide
  • Engine. Briggs & Stratton V-Twin Big Block 2-cyl. air cooled gasoline engine rated 32 h.p. Engine meets current Federal Clean Air Act emissions standards. Exempt from CARB Portable Engine Registration Program requirements and fees

  • Reinforced tubular steel fame, powder coated gloss white for strength and durability. No angle is used.
  • Single axle with torsion bar suspension and 15” painted wheels
