Warthog® spin nozzles

Warthog nozzles are the plumbing industry's gold standard for emulsifying grease and shredding roots

Combined with the pulsation ability of Harben jetters, Warthog rotating nozzles have incredible pulling ability around corners, through traps and up grades.

What makes the Warthog® standout from all others?

Patented Controlled Rotation

  • Controlled rotation is a major key to WARTHOG ® effectiveness.
  • Other jetting tools spin wildly out of control, reducing cleaning power.
  • The WARTHOG® uses a viscous fluid governor that slows the rotating speed of the head, allowing the jets to deliver their full power against pipe interiors.

15° Angled Penetrating Jet

  • The WARTHOG® front boring jet is 15˚ off-center.
  • This creates a powerful front end that cuts through roots, sediments, grease and other blockages with ease.

Fewer Jets Deliver More Power

  • Contrary to popular belief, more jets do not produce better results.
  • The WARTHOG® uses fewer jets, concentrating the hitting power and delivering the best surface cleaning available.

Select from these Warthog® nozzles:

  • If you are a municipality or municipal contractor, select WG-1, WH-3/4 and WH-1/2 nozzles to clean medium and large diameter pipes when higher flow rates are required.
    • These nozzles include finned skids to center the nozzles in the pipe
    • Choose from available adjustable skids and nozzle extensions to ensure the jetting force from Warthog® attack tips is concentrated against pipe walls.
  • Most plumbing contractors will want WS-1/2, WS-1/2-J, WU-1/2, WT-3/8 and WV-1/4 nozzles for commercial and residential jobs.
    • When jetted at 3,500 to 4,000 psi, these nozzles are capable of providing the same cleaning force as their larger counterparts without requiring large quantities of water.
    • The WT-3/8 nozzles are designed to be used with flow rates as little as 5-gpm and pressures of 3,500 psi to 4,000 psi
    • The ball-jointed Warthog® WS-1/2-J allows the head to tilt at a 15-degree angle to improve access into 4" pipe through cleanouts and move through 90-degree sweeps.
  • Optional descaling head. Available for WS, WH and WG nozzles to sharpen the angle of force against pipe walls in order to remove chemical deposits and rust.
