Standard Features Available with Harben Jetters

Harben's distinctive bullet proof rotary piston water pump is featured as standard equipment on all Harben "E" jetters.

Harben's "P" pump, gear box and engine are completely shrouded and direct coupled to:

• Reduce noise
• Avoid risk of injury to bystanders and employees
• Protect machinery against vandalism and mischief

Harben jetters use flexible couplings to directly link the gearbox and pump.

The advantages:

• Lower repair and maintenance costs through the elimination of belts and sprockets

• "E" jetters feature hydraulic powered Hannay hose reels and include 500-feet of 1/2-inch high pressure hose. Reel dimensions may be customized to meet specific requirements.
• Hose reels are mounted on frames constructed of sectional steel tubing - not angle iron.
• The reel is positioned on the reel frame to reduce exposure to accidental damage from backing.
• A lockable 6.7 cu. ft. polyethylene storage box is standard on all "E" series jetters. A top hinged, full opening lid ensures the safe containment of loose, bulky items.
• Poly boxes are designed for long term use in all environments without the risk of deterioration.

• "E" jetters are engineered for durability and easy towing.
• Each jetter is mounted on a rugged tubular steel frame with leaf spring suspension and a single axle. Dual axles are available.
• The standard "E" jetter weighs under 3,300 pounds and is mounted on a trailer frame with a GVWR of 6,400 pounds.
• Each "E" jetter is equipped with a 300-gallon UV protected polyethylene tank. Tanks are warranted for 5-years.
• Frames, control panel, engine and hose reel are powder coated - not painted - for added protection against deterioration in harsh environments.
• The reel is powder coated Harben red for improved visibility - all other surfaces are powder coated gloss white. Solid colors other than white and distinctive pin striping are provided as extra cost options.

Sealed and lockable NEMA 4 control panels

Fenders installed on Harben "E" trailers are coated with an epoxy chip guard and equipped with an amber clearance light to conform with Federal DOT and State of California vehicle regulations.
