Trailer Jetters

Choose a Harben trailer jetter that matches your requirements and budget. Specify water tank capacities from 100 to 600 gallons, single or dual axle trailers, diesel or gasoline engines and variable pump flow and pressure rates up to 18 gpm and 4,000 psi with the standard "P" pump; up to 10,000 psi with the Century pump.

Select from among these popular models:

  • Harben "E" series trailer jetters include the Standard E, E-45 and E-180 models.
    • All "E" machines are equipped with industrial class diesel engines, Harben's dependable "P" pump and hydraulically powered hose reels furnished with 1/2" x 500' of high quality U.S. branded sewer hose.
    • Choose from U.V. protected polyethylene water tanks with 300 or 350 gallon capacities mounted on single axle trailers. Combine two 300 or 350 gallon tanks on tandem axle trailers.
  • DT 100. Equipped with a 110 gallon tank, the DT 100 offers Harben's advanced jetting technology on a compact, maneuverable trailer. This model is equipped with a dependable, long lasting diesel engine, "P" pump and 500' of 1/2" hose wrapped on a hydraulically powered reel.
  • Eliminator. The affordable solution to your jetting needs. It's small enough to fits into your tightest applications, yet delivers the Harben power you've come to depend on.
  • Century. When water blasting is required, choose the Century for constant pressure of up to 10,000 psi at 14 gpm. Achieve variable flow rates by simply changing nozzles.
  • 4025. Combine high flow and high pressure with Harben's "Hi Q" pump.
    • Jet and clean heavy debris, grease and roots from larger pipelines with flow rates up to 25 gpm and pressure of 4,000 psi.
    • Tandem and triple axle trailers are equipped with 5/8" x 800' capacity hose reels, diesel engines and poly tanks. Choose the tank capacity you need.
    • Owners benefit from the same high quality features found in Harben's famous "P" pump - pump salt water, recycled water and solvents; run pumps dry indefinitely without damage; pulsate at 4,000 psi.

Dependable pump operation

  • Operate trouble free for thousands of hours. Harben's "bullet proof" 'P', Century and high volume "Hi-Q" pumps are designed to run with only minor repairs for years.
  • 5-year pump warranty backstops Harben's performance superiority
  • Pump an array of liquids including reclaimed water, sea water and solvents
  • Run dry pumps. Run without water indefinitely without fear of damage.
  • No wear parts. Unlike triplex and multiplex pumps, there are no seals, packing, valves or springs to wear, corrode, overheat or lubricate.

Harben trailers are engineered for durability, safety and towing ease

  • Light weight. The standard equipped 300-gallon E-series jetter is mounted on a single axle and weighs less than 3,000 pounds without water.
  • Powder coated trailer frame and body. Assures owners of exceptional wear in marine and harsh outdoor environments.
  • Strength. Frames are constructed from reinforced sectional steel tubing
  • Electric or available hydraulic surge brakes - your choice.
  • DOT safety lighting includes two amber marker lights on the front facing section of each fender as well as available DOT reflective tape on the rear and front sides of the trailer frame and fender edges

Set up quickly, operate quietly and complete jobs efficiently

  • Controls. Simple and easily accessed to reduce the risk of operator error.
  • Sewer hose. 500' of 1/2" lightweight, bonded thermoplastic hose is standard on all Harben "E" series and DT 100 jetters. 1/2-inch hose is available in lengths up to 700-ft. for special jetting requirements.
  • Hydraulic powered hose reels. There's an optional pivot feature for improved work site access. Choose from narrow, oversized or standard reel widths.
  • Transportable auxiliary hose reels for small diameter jetting hose or low pressure tank fill hose.
  • "Jump Jet" pulsation to climb grades, jump hose through offsets, move easily around pipe ells and push through debris. Pulsate continuously or on demand up to 4,000 psi without pump damage.
  • Wireless or cable connected foot and hand-held pendent controls for remote operations.
