Hose level wind guides help operators load hose on reels in tight, even wraps/ This eliminates ”bird nesting”—tangled loops of hose that prevent the hose from unwrapping easily. Add counters to locate the position of nozzles in pipes. Select either tube style or reel rotation assemblies.

Tube style level wind with counter
Tube style. Dual poly rollers keep hose aligned inside the tube. A spring loaded counter wheel accurately counts hose footage, forward and reverse, as hose passes through the tube

Reel Rotation Counter
Displays approximate hose footage as hose is payed out or retrieved from rotating hose reels
- Counts approximate hose footage extended from reel
- Mounts to the frame of most hose reels
- Spring loaded design presses the counter roller against the outside of the hose reel flange
- Assembly includes a mechanical footage counter, spring loaded hinge, counter wheel and mounting bracket
