Choose the DT 110 when maneuvering space is at a premium or a light weight jetter is required for off-road jetting on soft surfaces.

Applications

  • Clean heavy concentrations of grease from commercial and residential drain lines without damaging clay or schedule 80 PVC pipe. Use optional rotating nozzles to scour lines up to 12-inches in diameter.
  • Shred roots in lateral lines
  • Blow mud, sand and gravel from pipe up to 10-inches in diameter
  • Remove light scale and chemical deposits from pipe interiors without abrasive chains, cables and brushes
  • Dial down the flow rates to clean small drains with available 3/16-in., 1/4-in. and 3/8-in. hose and specialty nozzles
  • Use optional scrubbers and safety guns with rotating turbo nozzles to scour surfaces. Remove graffiti, paint and grease without adding abrasives to the jet stream.
  • Safely tow the lightweight DT110 onto golf courses and other soft or easily damaged surfaces
  • Use the DT110 where space limitations require the use of compact jetting equipment

Options

Engines:

  • Kubota 4-cyl. water cooled diesel with shroud. 48-h.p.
  • Hatz 2-cyl. air cooled diesel with “Silent Pack” shroud. 34 h.p.
  • Hatz 3-cyl. air cooled diesel with “Silent Pack” shroud. 49 h.p.

Water system

  • "Jump Jet" pulsation system. Safely pulsate water flow at pressures up to 2,500 psi to jump hose around radius bends and climb grades. Extract hose caught on offsets and joints
  • Unloader valve. Returns overpressure water to tank. Resets automatically. Replaces standard rupture disc system
  • Water flow diverter valve. Permits use of small diameter hose to clean traps and narrow diameter pipes.

Hose reels

  • Adjustable hydraulic hose reel rotation speed control valve
  • Free spin hose reel selector valve. Allows hose to be pulled from reel manually. Overrides hydraulic assist
  • Mini hose kits with 1/4-in. ID jet hose and penetrating ball nozzle. Choose lengths from 50-ft. to 300-ft.
  • Hose reels for garden hose and high pressure 1/4-in. and 3/8-in. ID hose. Choose transportable reels with quick release pull pins or permanently mounted reels plumbed to the water tank or water pump.

Hose

  • Premium thermoplastic hose reinforced with a single layer of Aramid braid for improved resilience and flexibility. 5,000 psi rated working pressure; 16,000 psi safety rating. 500-ft. x 1/2-in ID. thermoplastic hose reinforced with dual layers of poly braid is standard. 4,000 psi rated working pressure; 10,000 psi safety rating
  • High pressure hose for multiple cleaning applications: 1/2-in., 3/8-in., 1/4-in. and 3/16-in. ID
  • Leader hose—1/2-in.ID furnished in 15-ft., 20-ft. and 25-ft. lengths. 10-ft. of 1/2-in. ID thermoplastic hose with a rated working pressure of 4,000 psi hose is standard. Safety orange cover.
  • Flexible hose guides (“tiger tails”). Available in 2-in. ID and 3-in. ID widths; 36-in. and 48-in. lengths

Control systems

  • 6-function wireless and cabled remote controls
  • Foot pedal for hands free control of high pressure water flow

Trailer and tool boxes

  • Polished aluminum diamond tread tool box(s) sized for mounting on fender tops. Requires flat fenders in place of standard rolled fenders. Weatherized and lockable
  • Fulton brand fold-away style jack assembly
  • Hydraulic surge brakes with flat four pin connector
  • Flat fender tops in lieu of standard rolled fenders. Permits tool boxes or other accessories to be mounted on fenders
  • Chrome wheels. Upgraded from white painted wheels
  • LED clearance tail and brake lights

Tools, safety and work lights

  • Choose from a wide range of hand held spot lights and trailer mounted work lights
  • Safety lights include post mounted flashing amber LED lights and split LED arrow boards
  • High performance radial, penetrating, spin and cutting nozzles
  • Nozzle storage rack mounted inside tool box
  • Manhole tools, plugs and chemicals
  • Shut-off and dump style safety guns, lances and spray or solid stream nozzles
  • Panel light for night operations
  • 12-volt outlet for attachment of hand held work light or other electrical accessories
